The first step is the hardest.

Recognizing that domestic and sexual violence can have a lifelong impact on survivors, HLFCC offers many different forms of support and therapy to help increase feelings of safety, decrease trauma symptoms or problematic behaviors and develop positive coping strategies and tools.
Our advocates and counselors are here to help you heal in a safe and confidential environment by providing:

• Individual Counseling in both English and Spanish
• Group Therapy
• Play Therapy for Children
• Family Therapy (non-offending parent and child/ren only)
• Face-to-Face and Tele-Health Counseling options are available
